Clea Ostendorf, CISSP
Clea is Wolfpack Security’s Co-Founder and CEO. She leads the company in vision and delivery and brings the ability to bridge tech and people into the AppSec consulting space. She has been in security and tech for 15 years playing roles in sales, delivery, advisory and product management. Clea loves to get to the root cause of problems and find a win-win solution for everyone. Wolfpack was created as a way to improve application security posture overall to ensure the products we use are trustworthy of our information.
Prior to Wolfpack, Clea worked at Code42 as Field CISO where she helped build and develop data security solutions. She has spoken at many conferences and podcasts including Blackhat, Open Source North, The CISO Series, Enterprise Sec Weekly and more. She is active in the Women in Tech communities and continues to organize events nationwide.
Off the keyboard, Clea loves to cook, garden, draw and generally create beautiful things.
JJ Rabovsky
JJ Rabovsky is Wolfpack Security’s Co-Founder and COO. He leads operations and sales and brings a pragmatic, service-based delivery model to his customers who come to Wolfpack for application security solutions. Over his tenure in application security, JJ has delivered results to help Fortune 500 companies scale their application security posture and provide best recommendations for support in the penetration testing space.
Prior to Wolfpack, JJ served as the head of sales at nVisium which was later acquired by NetSpi. At nVisium, JJ grew client reach by 10x and developed a services model that could scale as his customers needed.
In his free time, JJ enjoys biohacking together different recipes and a few rounds on the golf course. He is a successful investor who brings together tech and business in a results driven way.
Ryan Maynord
Ryan Maynord is the Managing Consultant at Wolfpack Security. Ryan leads the consulting team and provides security expertise and service to customers. With nearly a decade of experience in the industry, Ryan understands what it takes to provide a winning service to clients. He also understands the industry from a consultant's perspective, and wants to cultivate a team of security experts while having a culture that prioritizes the consultant and their goals.
Ryan played a pivotal role in safeguarding sensitive financial data and enhancing custom code frameworks at a fortune 100 company. Five years later, Ryan decided to expand his pentesting and security expertise by joining the consulting ranks, working with diverse clients across a variety of application solutions to fortify their assets against evolving security threats. After several years of consulting at the firms nVisium and NetSPI, the blend of in-house and consultative experience has equipped Ryan with a unique perspective on both the strategic and technical dimensions of cybersecurity.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys exercising at the gym, reading, cooking, playing video games, and hanging out with friends and family
